New RSVP Features
Session waitlists, tentative RSVPs and RSVP approval.
What
- Session RSVPs show their full status: reserved, waiting for approval, on the waitlist, rejected, or closed.
- Seat counts, waitlist queue sizes, and schedules update to reflect each RSVP status.
- Attendees can join a waitlist for a session that overlaps with one they’ve already RSVP’d to.
- Attendees are clearly told when an RSVP is rejected because of a schedule overlap.
- Attendees can RSVP again after a rejection, unless the organizer has declined them.
