Proven at scale
Built with the people behind the world's leading meeting programs
We have partnered with For Real Events to co-design Managed Meetings. For Real builds and runs some of the world’s largest and most commercially successful meeting programs. Its team previously led meeting programs at Shoptalk, Money20/20 and Cannes Lions.
Brella is the first platform that let us build the program the way we actually run it, instead of bending the program to fit the tool.

Some meetings need a guarantee
Open networking works: attendees find each other and book meetings on their own terms, at scale. Some meetings carry more weight than that. A sponsor who paid for buyer access, a hosted buyer with a quota to fill, an investor flown in for a forum. Those meetings have to happen, and organizers need a way to promise them.
Key meetings depend on who replies
A request in open networking is an invitation, which is exactly what attendees want. For the handful of meetings a sponsor or hosted buyer was promised, it is not enough: whether they happen depends on who replies, and when.
Guarantees are kept by hand
Sponsors and exhibitors pay for access to buyers, and the organizers who promise them meetings keep those promises in spreadsheets and inboxes. That works for a dozen meetings, and it caps how many you can sell.
New ways to sell meetings
Managed Meetings turns meetings into inventory you can price, package and sell. Hosted buyer programs, sponsor packages, premium passes or a stand-alone program: you decide who pays, and what each of them is promised.
Use cases
Any program. Your rules.
Managed Meetings is built from settings, not a fixed hosted buyer template. Every part of the program is yours to define, so the same product runs an invite-only investor forum and a global trade show.
No separate tool. No extra logins.
The program sits next to the agenda, networking and lead scanning for your attendees and sponsors, in the Brella app or your own white-label app.
Different events need different meeting programs
Each program should reflect its audience, its commercial structure and the connections people actually want. Here is how organizers set up Managed Meetings for five common formats, and how to build your own.
Hosted buyer program
Invite qualified buyers, cover their travel and ask for a set number of meetings in return. Exhibitors get a confirmed schedule with buyers who have budget and intent, instead of hoping they walk past the stand.
Investor meetings
Investors receive a valuable participation benefit and commit to a set number of meetings with relevant startups. Startups pay for access to investors they can't reach elsewhere, which makes this the clearest route to direct monetization.
Multi-track partnering
Run a separate program for each commercial relationship, for example buy side to sell side or leaders to peers. Each track has its own groups, criteria, deadlines and matching logic, so one event serves several strategic audiences.
Managed ecosystem meetings
Large events bring many groups together, such as banks, startups, investors and partners. Run managed programs where the commercial value is clear, and keep open networking for everyone else, in the same app.
VIP concierge program
Senior attendees get a short list of peer and partner meetings arranged around their priorities, often with a personal note from the people who want to meet them. Include the program in premium passes or sell it as an upgrade.
Build your own
Managed Meetings is built from settings, not templates. Define who takes part, who requests whom, what is promised, how profiles appear and where meetings happen. Run one program or several, side by side, in the same event.
How it works
