Organizers can create meetings as drafts and confirm them later from a dedicated preview screen.

Admins can create draft meetings, which reserve table or networking area capacity.

Time slots show as available only when registrants are free and the networking area has capacity.

Drafts appear as their own status in the meetings table, with filter and highlight chips and a dedicated settings section.

Event-level settings control whether suggested time slots are shown to users who already have a draft meeting.
