Welcome to Brella!
We’re thrilled that you are considering Brella as a potential employer. 🥰 Finding a new job can be stressful, and we would love to support you throughout the recruitment process.
So we want to shed some light on our methods so you know what to expect. Here are how we tackle our hiring process as well as some general tips & tricks for your interview.
Brella’s DEI promise
At Brella, we want to create an environment where everybody can be themselves, no matter who you are. Because when we bring the best versions of ourselves, that’s how we all succeed.
We are convinced that top quality individuals with diverse minds make all the difference. We want diversity, equity and inclusion to be a natural part of our DNA. This is why it’s also important for us to commit to ensure that our recruiting process:
- promotes and champions diversity,
- pays close attention to equity,
- and guarantees inclusion.
Internally, we are committed to reduce biases and we hold each other accountable around these topics.
Our interview process
We offer several stages in our process to allow you to shine! 💫
Application 📃
Interested in one of our open positions, or want to send us an open application? We would love to hear from you!
Submit your resume and additional information via our website. Please note that we only accept applications via our website due to GDPR. Psst! This is your chance to do a good first impression!
Screening interview 🔎
This is your first informal chat with us, yay! 🥳 If your prior experience looks like a good fit for the role, you can expect a call from our Talent Acquisition Specialist Camilla. She will wanna hear more about your motivation for the role and Brella.
We will also discuss your salary expectations, your availability and clarify the next steps within your recruitment process. She will be also happy to answer any questions you might have at this point.
Role-specific interview 🛠️
Here you’ll meet our hiring manager and you will have the opportunity to find
out more about the role. The Hiring Manager will then explore your experience in a longer, more detailed conversation.
Our interviews are structured, meaning that we will ask the same questions from all the candidates interviewing for the same role. This is because we want to reduce biases and make sure we assess candidates only on relevant competencies.
Case assignment 💻
Most of our recruitment processes include a case assignment. Here you’ll complete a small task where you can show us your role-specific skills
(e.g. business case study/product demo/coding test).
Culture interview 🤗
Here we’ll dive deeper into our culture and values. We’ll also discuss Brella's future plans and vision. We’ll answer any further questions you may have - this is your opportunity to really challenge us!
Reference calls 📞
Who knows most about your way of working? We would love to have a chat with them!
PS - All our interviews are professional, but chill. So think about it more as a conversation, instead of an interview! 😊
