Will you be Brella’s next Sales Development Specialist? 🧐

At the moment Brella’s new sales growth is almost entirely driven via inbound: your success in this role is pivotal for us achieving our growth targets. We are now looking for a hungry Sales Development Specialist with previous experience to manage our inbound lead conversion process and convert inbound demand into actual qualified sales opportunities. How would your daily work look like? 🖥️

  • The purpose of this role is to generate qualified inbound meetings for the Account Executives to close. This involves working heavily with Hubspot and other sales and marketing tools to develop our processes, including tracking and presenting CRM metrics that can be used for further decision-making. 

  • Also, part of the role is to do discovery calls with warm prospects and qualifying prospects via email and phone.

  • You would own our MQL-to-SQL conversion process.

  • You would develop sales qualification automation to maximize sales opportunities with ICP prospects.

  • You would work closely with both marketing and sales teams to ensure mutual alignment.

  • In this position, you will get both the freedom to perform and the support from your awesome Sales team. This means that it will be possible to take ownership and work independently but also discuss potential clients and other issues together with your colleagues to be able to make decisions together.

What kind of SDS are you? 🦄

  • You have gained at least 1-year relevant work experience, e.g. outbound/inbound SDR or some other role in the b2b marketing-sales intersection.

  • During your work experience you have developed understanding of the fundamentals of B2B sales, CRM and marketing automation systems.

  • You have experience in professional b2b customer communication.

  • You like to work independently with data and numbers, but you also enjoy conversations with prospects. 

  • You have a natural curiosity to try out different approaches.

  • Your analytical and systematic working approach guarantees that nothing falls through the cracks and that processes work as they should and deliver results

  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills in English. No Finnish language required!

  • This role suits an ambitious team player who likes to work in a fast-paced environment and has a drive to meet or even better exceed their targets.
