We want you to be a key player in a team that is building the product required to handle our rapid global growth. In other words, we are now looking for a detail-oriented QA Specialist. Our multidisciplinary team combines design, frontend and backend engineering, quality assurance and project management.

How would your daily work look like? 🖥️

  • This is a very important and responsible role, where you basically will be the leader of quality that we have in Brella products. 
  • You are a key player in our product development process. Quality assurance and bug hunting is crucial for both us and our customers! You will be the one who gives the last checkmark before we release something to production.
  • You constantly develop our internal processes and establish the best practices of automated testing. 
  • You work closely with our business teams (especially Customer Success).

What kind of QA Specialist you are? 🦄

  • You have gained previous experience with testing and in the QA/automated testing field.
  • You have the understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and how QA functions within it.
  • You have good communication skills and ability to discuss software design decisions. We work as a team!
  • You are an analytical problem-solver with strong decision-making skills.
  • You develop major testing initiatives using a combination of process, people, and effective testing methodologies.
  • You pursue continuing education on new solutions, technology, and skills
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills in English. No Finnish language required!
