People Coordinator

In this role, you will have the responsibility of our People Operations both with the People team and with your heart. You’ll get a chance to work together with our highly talented and warm-hearted employees in an international and fast-moving work environment.

How would your daily work look like? 🖥️

  • As a People Coordinator at Brella, you'll be involved in the employee experience journey from start to finish.

  • You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day people processes, such as onboarding our newbies, promoting wellbeing initiatives, taking care of our office space, coordinating equipment, offboarding tasks, etc.

  • You’ll also support with recruitment processes and employer branding activities.

  • You’ll help our Brellaneers with general HR-related questions so that they can feel supported and valued.

  • You’ll enhance our Brella culture by organizing internal company activities and events, developing new ways to connect and network during this remote work era.

  • You’ll contribute to designing how our people processes scale with the growth and how we can take more advantage of our HR function. The keywords are automation, scalability, and superb employee experience.

  • You’ll be a fearless advocate for our employees and a passionate ambassador for Brella.

What kind of People Coordinator are you? 🦄

  • You have gained at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in the HR field.

  • You have general knowledge and understanding of employment practices, their interpretation, and implementation in Finland. 

  • You understand the underlying concepts behind employee engagement and wellbeing.

  • You'll enjoy a high level of ownership of the processes you work on and you place a lot of value in the clarity, scalability, and overall quality of your work.

  • You easily keep up with the changes in the field and want to share knowledge with your team. A growth mindset is one of our values!

  • You are a good listener and communicator, with the skill to handle sensitive inquiries both with discretion and compassion. You approach each interaction as a way to strengthen relationships.

  • You eat problems for breakfast and you have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Our ideal candidate is a brave and curious self-starter with a service-minded and positive “can-do” attitude. You aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty. 💪

  • You have excellent English skills, it's our internal working language.

  • Experience at a startup or tech company is seen as an advantage.
