Will you be Brella’s next Head of Key Accounts? 🧐

Are you looking to develop and drive key account strategies and contribute to our continuing, international growth? Look no further! We are looking for an experienced Head of Key Accounts with a hands-on attitude to manage, develop and coach our KAM team. 

We're been global since day one and we are growing fast (tripled our ARR in 2020), so you get to join us at an extremely interesting time! The KAM function was only established last year, so you would be an integral part of building a completely new team and approach in Brella. The success of you and the KAM team as a whole is critical in Brella’s capability to achieve our future growth targets.

There is huge potential to grow Brella within our existing customer base and your job will be to actively contribute together with the team in refining the Brella KAM Playbook and make a massive impact on Brella’s growth.

How would your daily work look like? 🖥️

  • Managing and coaching the KAM Team to reach monthly gross churn and upsell targets

  • Actively developing the KAM function.

  • Manage and grow a small personal customer portfolio.

  • Actively cooperate with other function heads to ensure the KAM team’s alignment between other functions such as Customer Success, New Sales, Marketing, and Product. 

  • Contributing to Brella’s strategy work in the executive team.

What kind of a Head of Key Accounts are you? 🦄

  • You have managerial experience with a successful track record and a hands-on attitude in coaching the team with a human-first approach.

  • Account management at Brella is not just about maintaining relationships but we also have a strong sales and growth focus.

  • The main focus of the function is to optimize work with large customer portfolios (approx. 100 customers each). However, some of the biggest customers do require a more enterprise-level approach.

  • You have personally managed a larger customer portfolio (preferably international) with a successful track record in reaching the portfolio growth targets.

  • Experience in either the software or events industry is seen as a huge plus. 

  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills in English. No Finnish language required!

  • This role suits an extremely motivated team player who likes to work in a fast-paced environment and has a drive to meet or even better exceed their targets.
